Ruri Brief is a brand of Blueshift Japan LLC (合同会社 Blueshift Japan), a research company based in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan. Representative: Tomoaki Nakao. The registered street address and phone number are disclosed without delay upon request by email to hello@ruribrief.com, and are always stated in proposals, contracts and invoices. Services are for businesses and sole proprietors. Prices exclude Japanese consumption tax where applicable. Cancellation before work starts is free; after work starts, the undelivered portion of the agreed scope is refunded. Deliverables are desk research based on public sources and do not constitute legal, tax or investment advice, and do not include market-entry recommendations (Go/No-Go judgments or entry strategy).
